How to configure my Desk.com integration?

IMPORTANT: You need at least the PRO plan from Desk.com in order to use this integration

This integration will enable you to have access to all of your call history as cases will be created when calls are made or taken! If you are on the Next Gen Agent version, you will be able to have your Aircall app directly in Desk.com (see picture bellow).

 On Desk.com:

  1. Go to Admin > Settings  > Site Settings and enable the Phone Integrations
  2. Then click on Channels (on the top bar) > Phone > Integrations > + Add Integration
  3. Fill in the form:
  4. Important: don’t forget to select the users one by one so they can have the Aircall app directly in Desk.com
  5. The Aircall app will appear in the top right once you've added the integration! (only if you have the Next Gen Agent version)

 

 

On Aircall:

  • Login to your Aircall account here: dashboard.aircall.io/login
  • Go to Configuration > Integrations to third Parties > Add a new Integration
  • Select "Desk.com"
  • Enter your Desk.com subdomain like this: https://{yoursubdomain}.desk.com
  • Click on "save"
  • Login to your Desk.com account and authorize Aircall to access your account
  • That's it! You should see your new integration in the list.
