When using either the Aircall Phone via the Web Application or with the CTI in your integration, you will need to ensure that you’re using the most updated version of Google Chrome. You will also need to ensure that you've allowed Google Chrome access to your microphone via the Chrome settings.

Once you’ve opened a new browser session, click on the lock located on the left-hand side of the address bar. A drop-down menu will appear like this:

Select Allow for both the Microphone and Notifications. Next, on the right-hand side of the address bar, click on the video icon. A drop-down menu will open like this:

Be sure to select continue allowing … and then click Done. 

If you’re still having audio issues, be sure to check the Security & Privacy settings of your device.
