This article is for Aircall’s old Dashboard which most Admins have been migrated away from. For information on Aircall’s new Dashboard, please click here.

In Aircall, you have the ability to access the Aircall Dashboard which allows you to configure and add phone numbers, set up teammates, and look at specific call data. Additionally, you have the ability to access your company settings depending on the plan you’ve subscribed to. In order to access the Dashboard, you must be an Admin user.

When you first sign up for Aircall, you’ll receive an invitation by email with a link to create a new password. Once you’ve completed this step, you’ll now be able to login to the Dashboard here

You can also login to the Dashboard by navigating to and clicking the Login button located in the upper right-hand corner of the webpage.

Here, you can log in by entering your professional email address and the password you created. We recommend that you use Google Chrome to login.

If you are not an Admin user, you will not be able to login to the Dashboard and you will be redirected to the download page. If you would like to request admin access, please contact your company's Aircall Administrator. They will be able to grant you access through their Dashboard.

The administrator will need to:

  • Log in to the Aircall admin Dashboard.

  • Click on Team in the navigation menu.

  • Select the user and scroll down to Admin Privileges.

  • Click on Make this user an admin.

If you experience any issues with accessing the Dashboard, please make sure to clear your Google Chrome cache & cookies to avoid excessive build-up of cache-related material.
