Outbound Call Rates
Outbound call pricing may vary in Aircall and as a best practice, you should get in touch with either your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager to verify the rates. If you are currently on a trial, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are already a customer and you’re looking to verify the rates or inquire about unlimited bundles, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Outbound calls are charged per minute, per number type (geographic, toll-free, special, shared, etc.,) and by geographic region. Your outbound calls are charged on a monthly basis and you can directly download your invoice for these calls from the Account section of the Dashboard.
Please also note that calls forwarded outside of Aircall as well external conference calls will be charged outbound rates.
Inbound Call Rates
All of your inbound calls in Aircall are free unless you have toll-free numbers. As a reminder, toll-free numbers are numbers where you pay calling rates for your customers to call you. To inquire more about these rates, please contact the team.
