Looking to change things up in your number setup? You can easily switch your number from an IVR (interactive voice response) back to a classic number through the Aircall Dashboard. Please note that you can only perform these actions as an Admin user.
First, you'll need to login to the Dashboard.
Then, you'll need to select the IVR number you would like to switch back to a Classic number. You can so do by searching for the number in the search bar on the Numbers page or by clicking on the Number in the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
Once you've selected the number, you'll be redirected to the Number Settings page.
Click on Settings, located in the upper right-hand corner of the Number Settings Page.
At the top of the page, in the section called General. Click on the Edit field in the type section.
A window will slide open to the right-hand side of the screen. Select Classic.
Finally, click Save.
