Due to regulatory verification requirements, it is important to understand that depending on specific country guidelines, there are some Aircall phone numbers within a specific geographic region that require a physical address, business registration, or national identification card (sometimes all three) in order to purchase and activate them for use.
⚠️ Please note: If you are unable to provide us the documentation required by the the official regulating telecommunications authorities of the specific country, Aircall will be unable to activate the requested number.
Once the address is verified for the specific region, it can be used as many times as you would like for purchasing other numbers in the same city. Our carrier typically approves and activates a number within 48 to 72 business hours of document submission to the carriers. As a provider, Aircall must abide by these laws of the respective country and collect the documents and information required by the official regulating telecommunications authorities of the country before validating your number for use.
