The Call overview and statistics is a feature offered only to Aircall Admins for all Aircall plans. The Calls & Stats tab is accessible from the Aircall Admin Dashboard and provides an overview of the global monthly call activity and details concerning individual user activity.
Available stats allow Aircall admins to:
Analyze trends in call volume: apply appropriate solutions to improve your customer service.
Check stats per user: allowing you to improve productivity based on individual stats.
Exporting your Call Data
Log in to your Dashboard.
Select Calls & Stats from the left sidebar menu.
On top of the overview page select the appropriate date range and phone number(s).
Click on Export Selection.
An XLS file document will be sent to the email linked to your Aircall account.
Please note that the dashboard timezone is automatically set to UTC. There are no options to change this timezone at this time.
