Activating the Call Recording feature for your Aircall number gives you the power to record both inbound and outbound calls.

All agents assigned to a number with the Call Recording feature activated will be able to listen and download the recordings from the Aircall Phone application. There is no way to restrict user access.

Listening to your Call Recordings

  • Open the Desktop or Web app.
  • Click on the History section.
  • Click on the call to open the call details page and click on the Play button to listen to the recording.

Downloading Your Call Recordings

  • Open the Desktop or Web app.
  • Click on the History section.
  • Select a call to open the call details page.
  • Click on the share icon to the right of the recording.
  • Open a new tab in your Chrome browser and paste the link.
  • Click on the three dots (download icon) and save the call recording file to your computer.

Please note that there is no way to bulk download recordings from the Aircall Phone nor through a .CSV file.

Bulk Downloading Your Call Recording Data

You can also export a selection of data from the Aircall Admin Dashboard in the Calls & Stats section. If you are on a Professional Plan, you can also do so from the Analytics section. In doing so, a .CSV file will be sent directly to your email address with the data you requested.

  • Log in to your Dashboard.
  • Click on the Calls & Stats or Analytics section in the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
  • At the top, choose the date range and the lines you would like to include in the data export.
  • Click the Export Selection button located in the upper-right corner of the page.
  • Download & open your report directly from your email. (please note this will be in the format of a .CSV)
  • Copy the recording link from the row called Recording.
  • Open a new tab in the Chrome browser and paste the link.
  • Click on the Download icon and save the file to your computer.
