If you’re having a hard time breaking up with your former number with your previous carrier, Aircall offers the ability to port your existing number(s) to your Aircall account (geographic, national or toll-free).

If you would like to port your number to your Aircall account, please follow the steps below.

First, make sure that you are a current Aircall customer and that you have subscribed to a plan. Trial Accounts are not supported for Number Porting. However, we can run a portability check for you.

Then, gather up the following information:

  • the number you would like to port-in
  • your current carrier
  • * If your service provider is another VoIP service, please reach out to ask them who the true underlying carrier owner is.
  • full name of the owner of the Number
  • complete address
  • a copy of your last bill

Once you have collected everything, feel free to begin this process by going to our type form here. You can also use the same link to request a porting check.

Please note that your numbers must remain active with your old carrier in order to be ported into Aircall. If you cancel your account with your current carrier before the numbers have been ported, then we are unable to proceed with the porting.

Porting Your Number from Google Voice

Aircall supports porting your number from Google Voice. However, it is important to note that you must first unlock your Google Voice Number prior to initiating the porting request with Aircall.

Once this has been completed, send us a screenshot that shows the number has been successfully unlocked (as pictured below):

Please also be sure to include a copy of the receipt from when you were billed for the number when filling in the request.
