Although we will be sad to see you go, we know that things happen and sometimes Aircall may not be the right fit.
If that’s the case, and you decide to leave Aircall, you will be able to port out your numbers to another provider. All you have to do is contact your new provider and let them know you would like your numbers moved, and they will handle the request for you.
Note: During this time, your Aircall account must remain active until the port-out procedure is completed. Please notify our Support team so they are aware that you will be moving your number.
While Aircall will not charge you anything for moving your number, keep in mind that your new provider may charge a fee for porting the numbers to their services. Kindly inquire with them to confirm.
Lastly, please make sure to remove the numbers from your Aircall Dashboard once they have been ported out of Aircall so that you are no longer charged for them. You can follow this quick guide on learning how to delete a number.
