When using the Aircall Phone application on a macOS operating system, you may need to ensure that you've set the permissions accordingly so that the software downloads successfully.
In this article, we'll walk you through what to do when you come across the following message: "Aircall" can't open because Apple cannot check it for malicious software" while trying to download the Aircall Phone application on a macOS operating system.
To download the Aircall Application, you will need to Authorize the application. Start by going to System Preferences and click on the Security & Privacy icon. Please refer to the image below for reference:
Once you are in the Security & Privacy section, you'll need to:
Click on the General tab.
Select Open Anyway (see screenshot below).
Once saved, attempt to download the application again and you should be good to go!
