As a best practice, logging out of the Aircall Phone application should be regularly performed once you’ve completed your working shift. If you need to stay logged into the Phone application at all times, then we recommend that you refresh your application at the beginning of each day to ensure strong connectivity.
If you’d like to log out of the phone application, you’ll simply need to click on your User icon located in the lower right-hand corner of the phone. This will open the Settings page. Click on your User name to find the Log Out button at the bottom of this section.
A menu will slide open from the bottom and you’ll be able to select Log Out.
From the Phone:
After logging out of the Aircall Phone, you will no longer receive calls or notifications.
