As a best practice, logging out of the Aircall Phone application should be regularly performed once you’ve completed your working shift. If you need to stay logged into the Phone application at all times, then we recommend that you refresh your application at the beginning of each day to ensure strong connectivity.

If you’d like to logout of the phone application, you’ll simply need to click on your User Profile located in the lower right-hand corner of the phone.

A menu will slide open from the bottom and you’ll be able to select Log Out.

From the Phone:

If you are logged into multiple Aircall Phone Applications at the same time, you can log out of all of them easily by clicking on your User Profile located in the lower-right corner of the Phone.

Click Account and scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Log out from sessions.

 

After logging out of the Aircall Phone, you will no longer receive calls or notifications.
