If you are using macOS, you can clear your Aircall Phone cache by following these steps:

  • Open your Aircall Phone
  • Click on the Phone Application
  • Select Debug Tools
  • Select Clear Application Data

If you are using Windows, you can clear you Aircall Phone cache by following these steps:

  • Open your Aircall Phone
  • Click on the Phone Application
  • Right-click on the Aircall Icon in the taskbar to open the menu
  • Select Debug Tools
  • Select Clear Application Data
