If you are using macOS, you can clear your Aircall Phone cache by following these steps:

  • Open the Aircall Phone

  • Click on the Phone Application in the menu bar at the top of the screen

  • Select Debug Tools

  • Select Clear Application Data

If you are using Windows, you can clear your Aircall Phone cache by following these steps:

  • Open the Aircall Phone

  • Click on the Notification Area, on the right side of the Windows Taskbar

  • Right-click on the Aircall Icon in the taskbar to open the menu

  • Select Debug Tools

  • Select Clear Application Data
