When troubleshooting issues, the Aircall Support Team will ask you to send a few call examples so that we can further investigate an inconsistency you may be experiencing. Collecting these specific examples is crucial to helping our technical team to investigate, identify, and solve issues more quickly.

Each call with Aircall will be assigned a UUID (universally unique identifier) which can be copied and provided to Support. Here's what you need to do:

  • Open your Aircall Phone (desktop or web application)

  • Go to the History section at the bottom of the application

  • Select a call from the History list

  • Scroll to the bottom and click on the last option: Copy Call ID

  • Send it to the team by submitting a ticket here with a complete description of the issue

You can also gather the Call ID and provide that to Support for troubleshooting.

Here's where you'll find the Call ID:

  • With the call Recording link or the Voicemail link in the Call Log in your CRM

  • Through API, under 'id'

⚠️ Missed calls and Voicemails for IVR Numbers will not show in your To-do List or Call History automatically. If you want to see your IVR Numbers' missed calls and voicemails, you will need to open the History section and include those numbers in your filters.
