Once you have downloaded and installed our iOS mobile app, the next step is to make sure that your settings are properly set up to use Aircall.

Check your microphone settings

  • Open your iPhone settings
  • Click on Aircall to open the app settings
  • Allow Aircall to access to your microphone

Check your mobile data settings

In order to use our iOS Mobile App, you need to make sure that your iPhone is connected to the Internet at all times, through Wi-Fi or your mobile network (3G/4G).When using your mobile network, Aircall must have permission to access your mobile data.

  • Open your iPhone settings
  • Click on Aircall to open the app settings
  • Turn on Mobile data

Check your language preferences

The Aircall iOS app is available in English and French, thus, if your phone is set to one of the two, the app's default language will be the same as your phone's.

However, if your phone is set to another language, the Aircall app will adopt the second language listed on your language settings, as shown below.

In this image, the iPhone is set to Spanish and the app will be in English. In order to change the app language to French you will have to click on the Edit icon on the top right corner, then drag your language of choice to the top.
