We've released a new version of the Zoho Desk integration. What's new?

Improved performance!

By updating to the most recent version of our Zoho Desk integration, you will experience more reliable call duration metrics and call recordings.

No more switching!

Accessing Zoho Phonebridge, or the pop-up in the right corner of Zoho Desk, is no longer available with the latest version of our Zoho Desk integration. This also means that you no longer have to switch between the Aircall phone app and Zoho Phonebridge. Instead, install Aircall's desktop app and our click-to-dial extension to make and receive phone calls from one place.


Sync tags:

Tag calls to give your team all the context it needs for smart decisions and smooth follow-ups. Automatically sync tags from Aircall to Zoho Desk for confident reporting, or custom workflows.

A new way to create tickets!

During setup, you can choose to log new calls in existing open tickets, or create a new ticket each time there is a new call. All calls will be logged as call activity in tickets. Set up custom ticket creation rules using tags + Zoho Flow.

⚠️ ACTION REQUIRED: If you previously installed the Aircall Zoho Phonebridge integration, you’ll need to install the latest version of the Zoho Desk integration in order to continue to sync your platforms past Feb 28, 2020.
