Here’s what you need to know about how to update an existing Zoho Phonebridge integration with the latest version of the Aircall Zoho Desk integration. Note: This is available for Zoho Desk users only. Zoho CRM users should install the latest version by clicking here.

⚠️ ACTION REQUIRED: If you previously installed the Aircall Zoho Phonebridge integration, you’ll need to install the latest version of the Zoho Desk integration in order to continue to sync your platforms.

Thankfully, the installation only takes a few minutes!

Step 1: Delete your existing Zoho Phonebridge integration:

Before you start, make sure that you have admin rights in both Aircall and Zoho CRM.

  • To begin, login to your Aircall account

  • From your Aircall Dashboard, select Integrations on the left sidebar menu

  • Scroll to find Zoho Phonebridge in your list of My Integrations

  • Click on the delete icon button, and then click on Delete

Step 2: Configure your new Zoho Desk integration:

From the Integrations section on the left sidebar menu of your Aircall account, select Zoho Desk beta. Then, follow these easy installation steps here.
