When you connect Aircall and Shopify you benefit from instant access to your customer’s details the moment the phone rings.
If a match is found for the phone number, the customer details will be displayed in the Aircall phone app
The customer’s name, email, previous orders and tracking number will be displayed on the screen along with links to parcel tracking, customer page, and order details
All created Orders related to that Customer will be displayed, unless they are Archived. The Order Status can be either Paid or Pending, but the order must be created. Draft orders will not be displayed
