Here’s what you need to know about how to update an existing Zoho Phonebridge integration with the latest version of the Aircall Zoho CRM integration. Note: This is available for Zoho CRM users only. Zoho Desk users should reach out to their Account Manager or the Support Team for access as this integration is in beta.
⚠️ ACTION REQUIRED: If you previously installed the Aircall Zoho Phonebridge integration, you’ll need to install the latest version of the Zoho CRM integration in order to continue to sync your platforms.
Thankfully, the installation only takes a few minutes.
Step 1: Delete your existing Zoho Phonebridge integration
Before you start, make sure that you have admin rights in both Aircall and Zoho CRM.
To begin, log in to your Aircall account
From your Aircall Dashboard, select Integrations & API on the left sidebar menu
Scroll to find and select Zoho Phonebridge in the My Integrations tab
Click on Delete this integration
Step 2: Configure your new Zoho CRM integration
From the Integrations & API section on the left sidebar menu of your Aircall account, select Zoho CRM from the My integrations tab. Then, follow these easy installation steps here.
Once completed, you are all set to get the most out of your Aircall-Zoho CRM integration.
