Trouble using the Aircall widget?
When initiating and receiving phone calls from the Aircall widget in Zendesk, Salesforce, or Desk.com, you may experience the following issues:
The widget is not opening
The widget screen is all black
If your Aircall widget is showing characteristics of the issues above, it's possible that the Block third-party cookies and site data checkbox is selected in your Chrome browser's Content settings.
In order to correct this you must uncheck the checkbox by following these simple steps:
Open Chrome settings (click the three vertical dots in the upper right corner and select Settings)
Type "third" in the search box
Click on the Content Settings button
View the fourth item under Cookies and uncheck this box to solve the issue
