The Aircall-Salesloft integration has a lot to offer by providing easy access to a more detailed view of your caller every time the phone rings. Thankfully, getting set up only takes a few minutes!

Before you start, make sure that you have admin rights in Aircall, Salesloft, and Salesforce, and that you are using the same email address for both accounts.

⚠️ Please note that the Aircall-Salesloft integration makes use of your Salesforce account when searching for the appropriate Lead or Contact records for calls. The Aircall-Salesloft integration will first search for the number in Salesforce, then will search Salesloft for an email that matches the Lead or Contact email saved in Salesforce. The Aircall-Salesloft integration searches for numbers in Salesforce using the E164 (ex: +18882406923, +33176360695), National (ex: (888) 240-6923, 01 76 36 06 95), and International (ex: 18882406923, 33176360695) formats. To ensure proper functionality please make sure each Lead or Contact record is saved in both Salesforce and Salesloft with a number in one of these formats, and with the same email on each account.

To begin, login to your Aircall account.

  • From your Aircall Dashboard, select Integrations on the left sidebar menu
  • Click on Add an integration, then select Salesloft
  • Click on Install

Now you will be guided through four easy steps outlined below.

Step 1: Authenticate Aircall

  • Click on New Authentication. This will open a screen for you to add a required Authentication name. (You will see a default name already provided for you. While a name is required, it will not be visible anywhere so any name can be used here -- either the suggested default or a name that you choose yourself.)
  • Click Add and a pop-up will appear

  • From the pop-up, click on Authorize to allow this integration to access information about your calls in Aircall
  • If the integration is successful, you will see a message that says “Authentication for Aircall successfully created” Once you see this, click on Next.

  • Select on Calls & Stats on the left side menu bar
  • Click on Call Settings
  • Add one tag for each cadence stage, eg. Completed, Bounced, etc. Each time an agent tags a call as "Completed" in Aircall, the contact stage will be switched to "Completed" in Salesloft.
