The Aircall-Salesloft integration has a lot to offer by providing easy access to a more detailed view of your caller every time the phone rings. Thankfully, getting set up only takes a few minutes!
Before you start, make sure that you have admin rights in Aircall, Salesloft, and Salesforce, and that you are using the same email address for both accounts.
⚠️ Please note that the Aircall-Salesloft integration makes use of your Salesforce account when searching for the appropriate Lead or Contact records for calls. The Aircall-Salesloft integration will first search for the number in Salesforce, then will search Salesloft for an email that matches the Lead or Contact email saved in Salesforce. The Aircall-Salesloft integration searches for numbers in Salesforce using the E164 (ex: +18882406923, +33176360695), National (ex: (888) 240-6923, 01 76 36 06 95), and International (ex: 18882406923, 33176360695) formats. To ensure proper functionality please make sure each Lead or Contact record is saved in both Salesforce and Salesloft with a number in one of these formats, and with the same email on each account.
How to configure your Salesloft Integration
Log in to the Aircall Dashboard.
Select Integrations & API on the left sidebar menu
Click on the Discover integrations tab and search for Salesloft
Open Salesloft and click on Install integration

Now you will be guided through four easy steps outlined below.
Step 1: Authenticate Aircall
Click on New Authentication. This will open a screen for you to add a required Authentication name. You will see a default name already provided for you. While a name is required, it will not be visible anywhere so any name can be used here -- either the suggested default or a name that you choose yourself.
Click Create and a pop-up will appear.
From the pop-up, click on Authorize to allow this integration to access information about your calls in Aircall.
If the integration is successful, you will see a message that says “Authentication for Aircall successfully created” Once you see this, click on Next.
