The integration between Aircall and Shopify has a lot to offer when it comes to getting your team up and running. Aircall will instantly display each customer’s contact information, past orders, tracking numbers, order status, and links to Shopify during a phone call. That way your agents do not need to manually look for information when they make or receive a phone call.
The best part is that setting up the integration is a quick and easy process, and can be done directly from your Aircall dashboard.
⚠️ Before you start, ensure that you have Admin rights in Aircall.
How to configure your Shopify Integration
Log in to the Aircall Dashboard
Select Integrations & API on the left sidebar menu
Click on the section Discover Integrations
Search for Shopify
When the Shopify installation page appears, click the green Install button on the right corner
The next page will ask for permission for the integration. Click Authorize.
Select an Aircall Number you would like to link to Shopify. The call activity of the number you choose will be shared with Shopify and you can remove this number, or connect more later. This step can be skipped, but no call data will be synced with Shopify until at least one number is added.
Once you have selected a number, click Add Number.
Enter your Shopify store URL when prompted.
Click Connect to Shopify.
⚠️ Please note that Aircall can only recognize a customer if the phone number is already present in your Shopify account. To ensure proper synchronization, please make sure that your contacts are fully updated.
🎉 And that’s it! You’re now connected and your Shopify integration is ready to go. You are all set to personalize phone interactions and provide great service to each customer.
