Make and receive calls from Front

Making and receiving calls from Front is easy! Just follow these simple steps to configure your Aircall CTI within Front:

  • Log in to your Front account

  • Go to Settings

  • Click on Plugins & API

  • Click on Add a plugin

⚠️ Warning! Make sure not to add two Aircall plugins to your Front account, this will prevent it from working properly.

  • Under Name, choose a name for our plugin, such as 'Aircall'

  • Under Endpoint you must include the following link: ''

  • In the features section, allow microphone access

  • Click on Save

Call Notes

In order to ensure all notes are appropriately saved in the call logs, please make sure to click on the X in the end of call screen after each call. Should the page be refreshed, or the CTI closed, before clicking this X, notes may not save.
