We advise contacting the Porting Team via the original email correspondence. If you are unable to find the original email correspondence, you can reach out to the Porting Team, via our ticketing portal.

It's important to know, the Porting Team will contact you via email with an update on your porting status. The five porting Statuses are: Received, Submitted, Scheduled, Complete, and Rejected. Within the emails, they will include all pertinent information and will advise if any additional information or verification is needed for the porting process.
