You might receive an error message in the Aircall Phone depending on the action you are trying to perform. For some of these errors, you'll be able to correct the problem quickly on your end, but if you're unsure about something, don't hesitate to contact support for troubleshooting assistance.
Here is a list of common errors and what they mean:

Current Password is invalid
Your current password is not correct. If you forgot your password, follow the reset instructions here.
Password should be different from the current one.
When updating your password, it is identical to the current password. You'll need to choose a different one.
Password must contain at least 3 of the following: uppercase, lowercase letters, special characters, or digits.
This error message is displayed when you try updating your password and you have not met all of the required criteria.
Passwords do not match. Please try again.
This is displayed when you typed a new password but did not enter the same password identically in both fields
This password has been used in the past, please enter a new one.
When trying to update your password to a previously used password, this error message is displayed.
Password is too short (minimum is 8 characters).
Select a password with a minimum of 8 characters.
An error occurred during the reset, please verify your email and try again.
Please check the credentials and try again.
Too many editing attempts. Please try again in 5 minutes.
This error shows when you've tried editing your password too many times unsuccessfully.
Either the email address or password is incorrect. Please double-check your login information.
An application error has occurred. (This is a played voice error message)
An unknown error has occurred, please reach out to support to troubleshoot.
The number you are trying to reach is invalid.
This error will appear in the Phone when you are dialing an invalid number. Please recheck the format of the number for the region you are dialing.
We could not connect your call, please try again later.
You might receive this error due to a network connection. Be sure to reload your phone application and try again.
Phone network is unreachable.
This error message is displayed when your Phone has an issue connecting to the carrier network. This could be from a deprecated token. Be sure to log out and in again to refresh the token.
Reconnecting - some features might be temporarily unavailable.
This is a warning message alerting that the connection is unstable and some features may not be available until a stable connection has been re-established.
We are sorry, an unexpected network error has occurred.
This error message is displayed when your Phone is experiencing an issue on the carrier side. Please refresh your Phone to reset the connection.
The caller hung up during connection.
If you receive an inbound call and the caller has hung up during the connection state, this error message will display on your phone.
An error occurred, please try again.
This error message is displayed for several reasons. Either due to a timeout or for more advanced features like the API. Please reach out to support to troubleshoot.
An error occurred while accessing the microphone.
This is an error in your headset configuration. Please check your headset configuration via the Audio Management and Troubleshoot guide.
We could not mark your call as done/to-do, please try again shortly.
An error occurred when marking your call as done. Please retry the action again.
Cannot save an empty note.
The note could not be saved.
You're not allowed to set up a wrap-up time greater than an hour.
It is not possible to set up a wrap-up time for longer than 1 hour.
Minutes are composed of only 59 seconds.
You cannot enter a number higher than 59 in this field as the max is 1 hour.
An issue occurred while updating your opening hours.
An unknown error has occurred when updating your working hours. Please refresh the Phone application and try again.
An error occurred while playing this voicemail.
An error occurred when playing the voicemail, please refresh the Phone Application and try again.
An error occurred while playing this recording.
An error occurred when playing the recording, please refresh the Phone Application and try again.
We could not process your contacts, please retry.
An error has occurred when bulk importing your contacts due to parsing. Please re-check the format and try again.
We could not process your contacts, please verify the mapping of corresponding fields.
There is an invalid contact in your .CSV upload. Please re-check your contacts and try again.
Some contacts have not been imported successfully due to errors. Please recheck the .CSV file and the contact format and try again.
This doesn't appear to be a valid phone number.
This error message is displayed when editing a contact with an invalid phone number.
This doesn't appear to be a valid email address.
This error message is displayed when editing a contact with an invalid email address.
The phone numbers and email addresses don't appear to be valid.
This error message is displayed when editing a contact with an invalid email address and phone number.
Sorry, your Powerdialer session failed because we encountered a connectivity issue. Please try again.
This error is displayed when you move to the next phone number during a Power Dialer session, but you've lost connection. Please check your network.
We couldn't remove the number, please try again.
The number failed to be removed from your Power Dialer session. Please refresh and try again.
We couldn't remove all the numbers, please try again.
Multiple numbers failed to be removed from your Power Dialer session. Please refresh and try again.
An error occurred with your contact update.
This error message is displayed when clicking on the Aircall Phone after clicking on a contact edit link in your CRM. Unfortunately, it means that we're not able to update the contact.
