If you have navigated over to our porting portal to submit your porting request and did not see the option to port your number or from your region, or if you are currently in an Aircall trial, please feel free to submit a portability check with the Aircall Porting Team to manually verify for you.

Here is what you need to do:

1. Gather all relative information

  • The number(s) you would like to port-in

  • Your current carrier
    *If your current carrier is another VoIP service, please reach out to ask them who is the true underlying carrier/owner of the number(s)

2. Once you have collected the information listed above, please feel free to open a porting ticket with the subject line 'Portability Check' and the name of your company.

As soon as our team receives your request, we'll be able to validate the porting possibility with our carrier and let you know how to proceed with submitting the porting request.
