If you've navigated over to our porting portal to submit your porting request and did not see the option to port your number or region or if you are currently in an Aircall trial, please feel free to submit a porting check with the Aircall Porting & Numbers team to manually verify for you.
Here's what you need to do:
Gather all relative information. We'll need the full list of numbers you would like to port and the current host carrier. If it's another VoIP service, please reach out to them directly to find the underlying carrier.
Open a Ticket with the subject line Portability Check and the name of your company.
As soon as our team receives your request, we'll be able to validate the porting possibility with our carrier and let you know how to proceed with submitting it.
