Parlez-vous francais? Hablas Espanol? Sprechen sie Deutsch? You can now switch your Aircall Phone application to your preferred language to make your Aircall experience more personalized.
The following languages are now available on the Desktop phone, Chrome extension, and Android application:
- English (USA)
- Spanish (Spain)
- French (France)
- German (Germany)
- Norsk (Norway)
- Italian (Italy)
Choosing your Settings - Existing Users
When logging into your Aircall phone (phone.aircall.io) or through your CRM, Aircall will automatically detect the language settings of your browser and apply it to your Aircall Phone.
When logging into your Aircall Desktop application, Aircall will check the language of your device and apply it to your Aircall application on the setup screen. You can choose to proceed with the language that has been detected or switch to another one.
When logging into your Android mobile application, the Aircall application will check the language of your device and apply it to your Aircall application on the setup screen. You can choose to proceed with the language that has been detected or switch to another one.
If the language is any language other than the four languages offered, Aircall will automatically choose English as the default language. Additionally, if you do not have any default language selected, Aircall will automatically default to English.
Logging into the Aircall Phone - New Users
When you log in to your Aircall Phone application for the first time, you’ll be prompted to choose your preferred language (as shown below).
- Select your preferred language.
- Then click Next.
You’re all set!
If it any point, you’d like to switch the language, all you need to do is:
- Login into the Aircall Phone application.
- Click on your user profile photo located in the lower right-hand corner.
- Select Account.
- Scroll to the section called Langauge.
- Click the arrow next to Select and a drop-down menu will appear.
- Choose the language you would like to switch to.
Please keep in mind that once you have established your default language setting in one application, it is applied to all other applications. It’s not possible to have different language settings for different applications.
