Setting up the Aircall iOS mobile application is seamless. Before downloading, install the latest version of iOS software on your device as Aircall supports only iOS 14.1 and up.

To have the best experience on the mobile app, we recommend setting your phone to automatic updates.

To change how updates are installed, go to:

  • Settings iTunes & App Stores

  • then, in the Automatic Downloads section, you can enable App Updates.

If you would not like to set up automatic updates, you can also tap Update on an individual app or tap Update All to immediately refresh those apps.

Language Settings

When logging into the mobile app, the Aircall application will check the language of your device and apply it to your Aircall application on the setup screen. You can choose to proceed with the language that has been detected or switch to another one.

Permissions

Microphone: Aircall requires access to your microphone in order to be able to make and receive calls. This will need to be toggled on.

Push Notifications: Receive push notifications, which allow you to stay informed of missed calls and voicemails.

Contacts: Display your local contacts within the contact section of the Aircall mobile application.

Once you have allowed access and turned on your permissions, click Continue.

Denying Microphone Permission

You can still access the app, but you will not be able to make calls. When you try to dial, you’ll be prompted again to allow Aircall access to your microphone.

Getting Started

Once your setup is complete, you will be taken to the Call History section of the application where you can begin making calls.
