If you are new to Aircall and have logged into your Aircall Phone for the first time, you may encounter the following error message in the Keypad when trying to make a call.
"You don't have a number associated to your account yet."
If your Account Administrator has not assigned you to a phone number, you will be unable to make and receive calls until they do so.
Here are the steps to solve this issue:
- Reach out to your Account Administrator and ask them to assign your user in the call distribution of a phone number.
- As an Admin user, connect to the Dashboard and then choose a phone number to assign the user to. You can also create a new number for them.
- Refresh your phone application and the number should now appear in the number section.
