If you're looking to become even more of an expert Aircall user, then you might be looking to put Aircall's HubSpot integration, and all it has to offer, to use.
Before taking on this task, please check that you have Admin rights in Aircall and HubSpot, and that your are using the same email for both accounts. Second, make sure all Aircall users are using the same email address for their Aircall and HubSpot accounts. If users do not log in with the same email on both platforms, information will not be logged in HubSpot appropriately.
Installing Your HubSpot Integration
Follow the simple steps below to get started:
Log in to the Aircall Admin Dashboard
Select Integrations & API from the left sidebar menu
Click on HubSpot
Click on Install integration to start the install flow
Under Select numbers click Add numbers
Select the numbers you would like to have linked to the HubSpot integration, click Confirm, then click Add numbers in the bottom right corner to continue
⚠️ Please note that you may choose to skip this step if needed, but in order for call activity to log in HubSpot, at least one number will need to be selected. If you would like to add or remove numbers associated with your integration at any point, you can do so directly in the Aircall Dashboard.
If you are not logged in to HubSpot, after clicking Add numbers, you will be directed to a login page for HubSpot
Once you are logged in, you will be taken to a page where you can choose which of your HubSpot accounts to integrate. After selecting an account, click Choose Account
You will then be directed to a page where you will approve access to your HubSpot account. Either click the check mark, or simply wait on the page to approve access
Once you have logged in and approved access, your integration will be completed!
Click on Create a test call log to test the integration, or click on Return to dashboard to configure the integration settings
⚠️ Please note that when installing the integration, Aircall creates custom contact properties in HubSpot to log information such as tags and call outcomes, which can be used to trigger automated workflows. If we are unable to create those properties, you will be notified. The integration will still be activated, however, the full functionality will not be enabled until these properties are properly added. Should you receive this error, the properties can be added manually into your HubSpot!
