In Aircall, you have the ability to access the Aircall Dashboard which allows you to configure and add phone numbers, set up teammates, and look at specific call data. Additionally, you have the ability to access your company settings depending on the plan you have subscribed to. In order to access the Dashboard, you must be an Admin user.
When you first sign up for Aircall, you will receive an email invitation with a link to create a new password. Once you have completed this step, you will now be able to log in to the Dashboard here:https://dashboard.aircall.io/login.
You can also log in to the Dashboard by navigating to aircall.io and clicking the Login button located in the upper right-hand corner of the webpage.
Here, you can log in by entering your professional email address and the password you created. We recommend that you use Google Chrome to log in.
If Google Sign-in is enabled for your company, you will be required to use Google to authenticate and your password credentials will not work anymore.
⚠ Please note that only Admins configured as Privileged users, will be able to log in using either their password or their Google account.

⚠️ If you are not an Admin user, you will not be able to log in to the Dashboard and you will be redirected to an error page. For more information, please visit Why Can't I Sign In To the Aircall Dashboard?
If you would like to request admin access, please contact your company's Aircall Admin. They will be able to grant you access through their Dashboard.
The admin will need to:
Log in to the Aircall Dashboard.
Click on Users in the left-hand navigation menu.
Find and select the user you want to update permissions for.
On the User settings page:
Select the General settings tab.
Under Profile Settings, update the user's Role to Admin.
Click Save changes.
💡 If you experience any issues with accessing the Dashboard, please make sure to clear your Google Chrome cache & cookies to avoid excessive build-up of cache-related material.
