The Stats Overview is a feature offered to Aircall Admins for all Aircall plans. Accessible from the Aircall Dashboard, it provides an overview of the global monthly call activity and details concerning individual user activity.
Available stats allow Aircall admins to:
Analyze trends in call volume: apply appropriate solutions to improve your customer service.
Check stats per user: allowing you to improve productivity based on individual stats.
How to export tour call Data from Stats Overview:
Log in to the Dashboard
Selects Stats from the navigation menu
Under the Overview tab, select the appropriate date range and phone number(s).
Click on Export Selection.
An XLS file document will be sent to the email linked to your Aircall account.
⚠️ Please note that the dashboard timezone is automatically set to UTC. There are no options to change this timezone at this time.
