Manage your phone lines in the Numbers section of the Dashboard. Once you have logged in, select the Numbers option from the left-hand navigation menu.

Here, you'll find Numbers organized by Active and Inactive Numbers. You can also search for an existing number and create or port a new number in this section.

Each number will have general information visible from the list view. This includes:

  • Business hour status

  • Number of Users assigned to the phone line

  • SMS-enabled numbers

Click on any number in the list to access the Call Distribution, Settings, Integrations, Business Hours, and Teams & Users tabs for a number.
