If you are an Admin user, you can access the Teams section of the Dashboard.

After logging into the Dashboard, select the Teams section from the left-hand navigation menu.

All your Teams will be available in the list view. From here, you can search for an existing Team, or create a new one.

Click on a Team from the list to access the Team settings. Within settings, you can:

  • Edit name

  • Update emoji

  • Add or remove Users

  • Delete Team

Adding a Team to a Number

To add a Team to the call distribution of a number, navigate to the Numbers section of the Dashboard and choose a number from the list to access the Call Distribution settings. Once you have added the Team to the distribution, you will be able to set up queue length and ringing rules for your team.
