If you are looking to access your call data or recordings, you may do so easily from the Aircall phone app or the Dashboard.

Exporting Call Data from the Dashboard

You may export a selection of data from the Dashboard's Calls & Stats section.

If you are on a Professional Plan, you can also download load an export from the Analytics section. In doing so, a file will be sent directly to your email address with the data you requested.

  • Log in to the Dashboard.

  • Click on the Calls & Stats or Analytics section in the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

  • Under filters, choose the date range and the lines you would like to include in the data export.

  • Click the Export Selection button located in the upper-right corner of the page.

  • Download and open your report directly from your email.

⚠️ Please note: Only call data within the last 6 months is accessible from the Aircall application, Dashboard, or through an export. For obtaining call data older than 6 months, please read on.

Deleting Call Recordings

You may delete individual call recordings through the Activity Feed as an admin using the following steps:

  1. Log in to the Dashboard.

  2. Select Calls & Stats, then navigate to the Activity Feed.

  3. Hover over the call and press the information icon to bring up a panel showing the call recording:

4. Hover over the call recording and click the trash can icon to delete the recording:

Please note that deleted call recordings cannot be restored.
