If you do not have access to Aircall SMS, please first make sure that your selected number meets the requirements detailed in our SMS guide.

Removing Aircall SMS
Aircall SMS is enabled on the company-level, meaning that it is not currently possible to remove SMS selectively from certain numbers while leaving it enabled on others.

Please include as much information as possible. If you are having trouble sending or receiving SMS to/from a specific number, please be sure to include that number in your ticket.
Access to oldest conversations
Aircall's messaging database archives older conversations to ensure performance and scalability of the service. If your company accumulates more than 10,000 distinct conversations, phone applications will be restricted to search only the 10,000 most recent ones. Older conversations will be accessible only through export via a ticket to Support.
