Once you've chosen the integration you'd like to set up Aircall with, you'll need to ensure that you have not only assigned users and teams to your phone numbers but also assigned the phone numbers to your integration so that your calls will log correctly.

As an Aircall Admin User, you'll be able to perform this action directly from the Dashboard.

  • Log in to the Dashboard.

  • Select Integrations & API located in the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

  • Under the My Integrations tab, click on the Integration you would like to add phone numbers to.

  • Below the section Connected numbers, click on Add numbers.

  • A popup window will appear, allowing you to search and select your numbers.

  • Click on a number to add. Your selections will be indicated by a green checkmark in the upper right-hand corner of the number. You may choose to add a single number or multiple numbers.

  • Once the numbers have been selected, click on Confirm.

💡 Once you've added the numbers, don't forget to customize the workflows you would like in your integration. If you should come across any issues with your calls logging, please refer to our troubleshooting guide to make sure you are meeting all of the requirements in your configuration.

Removing a number

If you would like to remove the Phone number from the Integration, you can simply repeat the steps above but instead of adding a new number, hover to the right-hand side of the number click on the three dots menu, and select Remove number.

Numbers section

From the Numbers section of the Dashboard, you can also view the currently connected integrations for a number, as well as add integrations to numbers.

  • Select Numbers located in the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

  • Search for the number you would like to add an Integration to.

  • Under the Integrations tab, you will see the integrations currently connected to the number.

  • Click on Add an integration if you need to assign your number to an integration.

If you would like to remove the Phone number from the Integration, you can simply repeat the steps above but instead of adding an integration, hover to the right-hand side of the number click on the three dots, and select Remove.
