When using Aircall's integration with HubSpot, each Aircall call will be logged in HubSpot, based on your integration settings, as an Engagement, or “Call Activity”.

Each Call Activity will then be assigned an Owner based on the logic detailed here.

With HubSpot’s reporting tool, you then are able to track Aircall call metrics based on the Call Activity and Owner information!

Here are some examples of reports you can build:

Total Calls

Click on the "Reports" drop-down, then select "Reports":

Click on "Create custom report":

Click on "Single Object", select "Activities", then click "Next":

Select "Visualization", then click and drag "Create Date" (or any other property) and "Count of Activities" to the “Displaying” section. Make sure to choose the chart type you prefer!:

Click on "Filters" in the top left and select the timeframe of your choice in the "Activity Date" section. Then, click on "Add filter" → "Activity type" → "is any of: Call", then "Apply filter":

Click "Save", and you’re done!

This report will showcase the total number of calls within the selected timeframe, broken down by the frequency you choose (daily, monthly, yearly, etc.). For a further breakdown of the calls, simply click on one the graph’s data points.

Total Call Duration

Click on the Reports drop-down → Reports → Create custom report → Single Object → Activities → Next → Add Activity Property (in the Data section):

Add the "Call Duration" and "Activity Assigned to" properties:

Go to the Visualization section → click and drag "Call Duration" and "Activity Assigned to" to the “Displaying” section → choose your preferred chart type, click "Save", and you’re done!

This report will showcase how much time each user is spending on calls within the selected timeframe. For a call breakdown, simply click on one the graph’s data points.

Average Call Duration

Follow the same steps as Total Call Duration report, but change “Total” to “Average” on the Call Duration Property in the “Visualization” view:

Calls Made by User

Click on the Reports drop-down → Reports → Create custom report → Single Object → Activities → Next → Add Activity Property → Activity Assigned to → Visualization → click and drag "Activity Assigned to" and "Count of Activities" to the “Displaying” section → choose your preferred chart type → click on Filters in the top left → select the timeframe of your choice → click on Add filter → Activity type → is any of: Call → click "Save", and you’re done!

This report will showcase the number of calls each user has made/received within the selected timeframe. For a call breakdown, simply click on one the graph’s data points.
