💡 Aircall will soon be releasing SMS Logging in Salesforce. Please make sure that Aircall's CTI package has been installed, then install Aircall's SMS Add-on package to ensure all relevant SMS information is logged in Salesforce.
Installing Aircall's SMS Add-on package for Salesforce
With Aircall's SMS Add-on package, four new custom fields will be added to you Salesforce environment:
aircall2gp__SMS_Direction__c (visible as "SMS Direction" in Salesforce) will show if the message was Inbound or Outbound
aircall2gp__SMS_Sent_From__c (visible as "SMS Sent From" in Salesforce) will show the number the message was sent from
aircall2gp__SMS_Sent_To__c (visible as "SMS Sent To" in Salesforce) will show the number the message was sent to
aircall2gp__SMS_Status__c (visible as "SMS Status" in Salesforce) will show the message as Received for inbound messages, or Sent, Delivered, or Undelivered for outbound messages
⚠️ Please note that the Aircall SMS Add-on package is not required for SMS logging to function, but will allow more detailed information to be shown on each call log in Salesforce.
