Aircall recently released a new version of the Shopify integration. For customers already using the Shopify integration, you will be required to update to Shopify v2 to ensure continued access.

🚨 The old version of the Shopify integration will be sunsetted on February 15th, 2023. To ensure uninterrupted access, customers must update to v2 before that date.

How to Update to Shopify v2

First, please delete your Shopify integration in the Aircall dashboard.

Next, log into your Shopify account. Click the apps section of your Shopify store to view your installed applications. Then, click on the Aircall app.

You will then be prompted to update the integration.

Finally, you’ll be directed to the Aircall Dashboard and asked to authorize access.

Select the Aircall numbers you’d like to connect to the integration. For numbers connected here, inbound calls will surface an Insight Card containing Shopify customer data such as name, order number, customer lifetime value, and more.

You’re all set! You can access the integration settings, where you can add and remove numbers, from the Aircall Dashboard.
