The noise cancellation feature removes background noises and nearby human voices from your calls. When active, it lets only the primary speaker’s voice pass through the call.
How to activate it:
Open your Aircall phone app and go to Settings, then Preferences, then Sounds.
Toggle on Noise cancellation under Background Noise.
⚠️ Please note that this feature is only available starting from the 2.32.0 version of Aircall’s Desktop Application. It is not available on web, CTI, or mobile (iOS or Android).
⚠️ For Mac users, please note that this feature is only available starting from MacOS 10.15 (Catalina).
