The Advanced Analytics is a feature available to Admins only on the Aircall Enterprise plan. Accessible from the Dashboard, the report provides a detailed view of call activity, customer service metrics, and team productivity.
Aircall's advanced analytics compile and provide the following information:
- Number of inbound and outbound calls
- Total time spent by the team on inbound and outbound calls
- % of missed calls (out of the total inbound calls received)
- % of voicemail left by callers
- Average waiting time of callers before they're connected to a user
- Average treatment time: the time elapsed before a voicemail or missed call is archived by a user
- Average duration of inbound and outbound calls
- Average number of calls per user: This average is calculated using the number of calls for all users associated with phone lines at the present time.
To export Advanced Analytics
- Log in to your Dashboard
- Click on Calls & Stats on the left sidebar menu
- Select Analytics
- Choose Activity, Customer service or Productivity
- Apply filters on the top of the Analytics page
- Click on Export data (You will have the option to export the Graph data or Raw data)
