Administrators are the only ones who can access the Dashboard. Therefore, it is very likely that you are currently not set as an administrator.
Agents can log into their Desktop or Web app. They do not have access to the Dashboard and can only update some of their user settings.
If you'd like to access administrator features such as number configuration or company settings, you'll need to ask an administrator to grant you administrator rights.
In order to do so, the administrator will need to:
- Log in to his Dashboard
- Click on Team in the left sidebar menu
- Select the relevant user and scroll down to Admin Privileges
- Click on Make this user an admin.
