Are you having trouble logging into the Aircall Admin Dashboard? We're here to help.
First, you will need to confirm that you are an Aircall Administrator. All Aircall Admin have exclusive access to the Aircall Dashboard. To confirm this you can contact your supervisor or reach out to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to have them validate your credentials.
If you are an Aircall Admin, you can log into the Dashboard by navigating to Aircall.io and clicking the Log In button located in the upper right corner of the webpage. From the Aircall Dashboard, you can access features such as number configuration or company settings.
If you would like to request admin access, please contact your company's Aircall Administrator. They will be able to grant you access.
In order to do so, the administrator will need to:
- Log in to the Aircall Admin Dashboard.
- Click on Team in the left sidebar menu.
- Select the relevant user and scroll down to Admin Privileges.
- Click on Make this user an admin.
The Aircall Administrator can also contact us at email@example.com to request that admin access is provided to a certain Aircall agent.
