Once your 7-day free trial ends, you can continue using your Aircall account by subscribing to one of the 2 available plans that best suits your needs: Premium or Enterprise.
The Premium plan is designed for businesses that have already scaled up a bit and will typically have 5 to 15 users, and several numbers in various countries or for various teams. The price is $30/€30 per agent per month, billed annually or $40/€40 per month, billed monthly.
This plan includes webhooks and integrations with various CRMs to connect Aircall with your other business tools, along with analytics to make sure you deliver awesome support. Call minutes will be invoiced as extras.
The Enterprise plan is designed for established businesses with large support teams and/or presence in multiple locations. The price is $50/€50 per agent per month, billed annually or $70/€70 per month, billed monthly.
This plan includes Advanced analytics and integrations with various CRMs so you can improve your productivity and monitoring to fit your business needs. Call minutes will be invoiced as extras.
Note: Both plans require a minimum of three users.
An account can only subscribe to one plan, therefore all agents within an account will be subscribed to the same plan.
Every plan includes a free phone number. We offer phone numbers in more than 40 different countries, that can be acquired directly from your Aircall dashboard.
Extra numbers will be invoiced $6/6€ monthly or $72/€72 annually depending on your plan.
You can also port your existing phone numbers to Aircall.
Outbound calls and inbound calls on toll-free numbers are charged on a per minute basis, call rates vary according to each country.
