Our Freshdesk integration lets you log in Freshdesk all the calls you're making or receiving from your users, and have them assigned to the relevant person in your organization.
In order to activate your Freshdesk Integration, you need to get the DOMAIN URL of you account and an API KEY from Freshdesk.
The DOMAIN URL corresponds to the address of your account, e.g. https://myaccount.freshdesk.com
The API KEY can be retrieved from your Freshdesk account. Once signed in, go to your Integrations Settings:
Then look for Your API Key part and get your API KEY.
Once you have them, use it in your Aircall account under Company > Integrations > Add an integration.

To make a call from Freshdesk
You can easily set up a click-to-dial in order to start a call in Aircall when clicking on a number in Freshdesk.
To do so, please follow these steps.
Make sure you have removed other provider's phone integrations or Chrome extensions, before setting up the Aircall click-to-dial.
