Trouble using the Aircall widget?
If you're experiencing any of the following issues when using the Aircall widget to make and receive phone calls directly from Zendesk, Salesforce and Desk.com, please read on:
- The widget is not opening,
- The widget screen is all black (see below).
This exception comes up when the Block third-party cookies and site data checkbox is marked in your Content settings.
In order to correct this you must uncheck this checkbox:
- Open Chrome settings
- Type "third" in the search box
- Click on the Content Settings button
- View the fourth item under Cookies
Please uncheck this box to solve the issue.
