Trouble using the Aircall widget?
When initiating and receiving phone calls from the Aircall widget in Zendesk, Salesforce, or Desk.com, you may experience the following issues:
- The widget is not opening.
- The widget screen is all black.
If your Airall widget is showing characteristics of the issues above, it's possible that the Block third-party cookies and site data checkbox is selected in your Chrome browser's Content settings.
In order to correct this you must uncheck this checkbox by following these simple steps:
- Open Chrome settings (click the three verticle dots in the upper right corner and select Settings).
- Type "third" in the search box.
- Click on the Content Settings button.
- View the fourth item under Cookies and uncheck this box to solve the issue.
