The Aircall's Zoho Phonebridge integration adds value to your Zoho experience through:
- Click-to-dials from an existing number in Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk
- Screen-pops to customer or prospect profiles on an incoming call
- Automatically logging every calls inside Zoho
- Commenting on calls, create new leads, new contacts, and etc.
Notes before starting:
- For all users: make sure you use the same email address for both Zoho's and Aircall's credentials
- For all users: prefer to use the Aircall Desktop app of your choice
- For Mac users: make sure to install the Aircall Click-to-Dial chrome extension
Setting up the integration:
Thanks to OAuth 2.0, setting up this integration is super easy:
* If you don't have an Aircall account yet, get a free Aircall trial account here.
- Log-in to your Aircall dashboard
- Go to Integrations
- Click on Add an integration
- Select the Zoho Phonebridge Integration > Click on Add this integration
- (You will be redirected to Zoho)
- Click on Accept to finalize the integration
